So, this section has been added by me as an attempt at motivation and to share my fitness tips and tricks with you all.

I am in no way claiming to be a fitness expert or fanatic, however it is an important element of my life that I continually aim to better and work hard at.

As a full time uni student, I understand fully the struggle to fit in gym time, motivate yourself to embrace and entertain a healthy balanced lifestyle and to battle with kitchen utensils three times a day in order to feed yourself.

Therefore, I am hoping that by adding this segment to my blog, it will give me a kick to start being more vigilant with my health in addition to lending a helping hand to any of my fellow Kayla Itsines wannabes!
